Montana wants to criminalize RNA vaccines

This law, which would be submitted by the elected representative of the House of Montana representatives and supports other elected officials of this party, would happen if adopted, the first law to criminalize the fact of the RNA vaccine. A similar law was submitted in 2023 in the neighboring state of Idaho, but remained in Limbo.

RNA vaccines, which have developed over two decades during Covid, are developing to the general public. They consist of using what is called Messenger RNA to provide our immune system “recipe” to combat a specific “enemy”-in this case, the Sras-Cov-2 virus, the head of the Cowi. These vaccines were not alone in front of the coronavirus: more than forty vaccines were used around the world, including a dozen in more than 10 countries. Among the latter were two – risk of Pfizer and Modernism – “RNA vaccines” and comparative studies do not show significant differences in the level of efficacy or in the risks of side effects.

These two decades of research have also leads to the hope that it may be the technology of the future, as these vaccines will easier to produce and faster. Since 2021 we have been talking about them to fight against other infectious diseases: malaria and flu are already focused in clinical trials. And we even talk about certain types of cancer. The first test in this sense dates back to the patient until 2017. Phase 3 clinical studies against skin cancer in thousands of high risk patients began in the summer of 2023.

It is the addition of all these encouraging perspectives that in 2023 earned two of the pioneers of the research at RNA Le Nobel Le Nobel Médecine and a long number of other prestigious scientific prizes. In this context, also in this context within two hours of hearing 7 February. Doctors, representatives of local indigenous groups, associations of parents, pediatricians and pharmacists have been able to testify that such a project law could harm progress against disease as tuberculosis, malaria and flu: The rapid rhythm of the influenza mutations is a problem every year, when it is time to prepare a version of the vaccine that will be used ”after the winter.

Regarding the arguments submitted by elected officials and citizens in favor of the ban on these vaccines, they are part of concerns that have been orbiting since 2020 and have been analyzed several times. For example, the fear of the effect that these vaccines could introduce themselves to our genes (therefore it would be “gene therapy”, while this term denotes anything else) and suddenly transmitted to the next generation. Now they would have to enter the core of our cells where there are genes – what they can’t do.

The bill states that these vaccines “caused a huge amount of death, disability and serious side effects”, while a very large number of research after vaccinations in several countries have shown the opposite.

There is also a faith whose origin is more vague, according to which vaccinated people could “pass” the vaccine to other people. It is an allusion to the fact that some vaccines have already been composed of a weakened version of the virus. However, although this is the case, the fact that it is a weakened version is generally harmless and in any case there is no active virus in the RNA vaccine. The elected Republican behind this Act, Greg Kmetz, also submitted a bill in 2023, which wanted to ban people vaccinated against the covirus.
